Album Notes -

A Change Will Come is a classic 1999 west coast rap album featuring L.A. natives Risk and Rock collectively known as Westide Knuckle Dragg.  Their lyrics walk you through a raw and real journey of living in South Los Angeles…the love, the pain, the strife, the family, the soul-searching and the redemption…made all the more real by a soulful mix of jazz, funk, hip hop and R&B beats and melodies.   Popular singles No Where to Go and No Better Time have received international critical acclaim and the album continues to be a collector’s item globally.  Also featured on the album:

The Conscious Players: Balkie Loc (vocals, programming); Banditt (vocals, guitar, programming); Bossman (vocals, programming); E. Lektron (vocals). Additional personnel includes: Aston Edwards, Sharifa, Bobbi Sheri, Classik, Rashaad, Drika, Kalif (vocals).

The album was mastered at Bernie Grundmun master house by "Big Bass" Brian Gardner.
